This End User License Agreement governs your use of Always On Dock (the "App"), published by Doc Picks and distributed through the Microsoft Store. By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.

License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Doc Picks grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you own or control, for your personal or internal business use.

Trial and purchase

The App is offered with a 1-day free trial, after which continued use requires a one-time purchase of $0.99 through the Microsoft Store. There is no subscription. Billing, receipts, and refund requests are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Store's own terms and refund policy.

Restrictions

You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the App except where applicable law permits despite this restriction.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doc Picks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
